The club had a very successful day at the first section of the county cross country championships at St Sugustines College, Dungarvan.

In the girls under 9 race, Lorraine O'Callaghan finished in 2nd position while in the team section, the club placed 2nd and 3rd.
In the boys under 9 race, Eoin Murphy finished first with the club also taking the gold medals in the team section.

Cara Kennedy and Sophie Molloy finished first and second in the girls under 11 with the club winning gold and bronze
in the team race.

In the boys under 11, Shane Quinn finished first and the team second.

In the girls under 13, Ciara Cronin was second overall and the team finished third. In the boys under 13,
Billy Ryan was third and the team second. In the girls under 15, we finished 2nd and 3rd in the team section.

In the boys under 15, Niall Tuohy was 3rd and the team also finished third.

In the boys under 17, Philip Conway was 1st overall and the team finished first also.
