Munster Juvenile Championships Under 9 - 14, Waterford RSC, 8/9 June 2002
These championships proved to be the most successful in the club's history. Ferrybank AC was the best club in Munster at the
championships winning a total of 19 gold, 11 silver & 17 bronze medals. Congratulations to all concerned!!

Under 9 Ruth Kelly 3rd ball throw, Kenneth Mc Evoy 3rd Long jump & 200 meters. Boys relay, 3rd.
Under10 Girls relay 3rd, Boys relay 2nd, Niall Keller 1st Long Jump.
Under 11 Jack Kelly 1st high jump. Theo Wallace, 3rd High Jump, Thomas Barr, 3rd hurdles, Gillian Walsh, 2nd high jump, Emily Hallissey 3rd high jump.
Under 12 Ciaran Donnelly 1st long jump and hurdles. John Francis 1st high jump, 3rd 600 meters, 3rd 1,100 meters, 3rd shot, 3rd hurdles. Ciara Cronin 2nd 1,100 meters.
Under 13 Sinead Donnelly 1st high jump. 2nd hurdles, 2nd discus, Zoe Kinsella 1st hurdles, Dale Kennedy 1st shot, 1st discus. Brendan Cullinane 3rd shot. Gavin Kennedy 3rd hurdles.
Under 14 Mairead Murphy 1st High Jump, 1st shot, 1st discus, 1st javelin, 1st relay, 2ns 75m hurdles, 2nd long jump, 2nd 200 m hurdles Kalyn Sheehan 1st 80 meters, 1st 200 meter hurdles (new record), 1st 75 meter hurdles (new record) , 1st long jump, 2nd high jump. Mary O'Connor 2nd javelin, 3rd discus, Holly Kavanagh 3rd shot, 3rd 75 meter hurdles, Michelle Mc Carthy 3rd shot, Patrick Torrie 2nd Javelin, Girls relay 1st.
